Raw materials (spices and natural flavorings) are packed into special closed bags – made in cotton or multilayer paper properly designed for steam treatments – and are fed into the sterilization chamber on steel trolleys to avoid any possible cross-contamination during treatments.

 

The saturated steam used for each cycle is condensed into water and disposed of, avoiding any  possible re-use.
