White Sarawak Pepper
White Sarawak pepper’s origin is similar to Muntoq’s.
Both share the same kind of processing and organoleptic features.
It is produced in the region of Sarawak, Borneo Island (Malaysia), not far from the island of Bangka.
These are the commercial brands on the market:
- Blue Label ( quality FAQ) – rarely imported into Italy because of its very high price
- Green Label and Cream Label (best quality, the equivalent of white pepper Muntoq HPS)
- Orange and Grey Label – (products used as feedstock)
