Preparation for Roast
A mixture of spices, herbs and sea salt, especially suitable for flavoring dishes of meat.
It is typically used to season roast meat, but can also be enjoyed in stews, braised and the like. Its direct use on grilled meats, before, during and after cooking enhances its taste and flavor.
This mix is made of spices and herbs typical of Mediterranean cuisine and taste, including different variety of pepper, dehydrated garlic sliced, rosemary, thyme, sage, juniper berries: this product is almost essential in the kitchen of every Italian family, as it is very easy to use.
As well as cardamom berries, it should never be lacking in the best recipes.
Several different blends of the preparation are available, more suitable to specific types of meat (chicken, rabbit) or different foods (fish, vegetables) or particular styles of cuisine (ethnic, spicy,etc..).
It is possible to make or develop different blends on customers’ demand.
