The increase in temperature favors the proliferation of insects of various kinds.
Therefore we would be forced not to accept complaints regarding incidents of infestation on products for which steam sanitization has not been requested that have not been notified as soon as the goods are received.
We therefore encourage to purchase sanitized products.
